Description:

*Electronic-hydraulic proportional servo synchronization, free point control within stroke range, repeated precision at ±0.01, parallesism ±0.02.

*Lower working table is fitted with warp offset oil cylinder (fig below), model from 250T up have both upper and lower and lower working tables fitted with warp offset mechanism.

*Very strong anti-deviation capability.

*The sliding block(Y1,Y2) rear stopper (X,R,Z) and master pressure control by computer, ball roller leading screw rolling guide rail are adopted to rear stooper get high precision in repeated positioning.

*Optional digital control, mechanical robot or flexibility machining center for sheets with 7 axis and up.

Applications:

This machine is used to bend various kinds of metal plates. With different dies provided, the subscriber can get the metal plate bent into different shapes of work pieces. And it can also be used for punching when adequately equipped.

This machine is suitable for manufacturing aero planes, ships, automobiles and electric appliance, owing to its high efficiency in production.

We design the special die tooling according to our customers work piece draft.

Functions and Features

This machine possesses the high efficiency of production and certain accuracy in bending metal plates.

It is necessary to select upper die of different shape and lower die with different width V-groove for bending steel plates of different thickness, shape of size.

With the help of the bending pressure chart or the calculating formula, the bending pressure can be figured out.

By adopting hydraulic driving, it is possible to prevent serious overload accidents caused by changing of plate thickness or by inappropriate selection of V-shaped lower die. The machine is characterized by smooth running, little noise and easy operation, and its rated pressure in the whole working process is maintained stable.
