Description:

Applications:
This machine is widely used in the fields of machine manufacturing, motors, electrical elements and other fields. It is used for shearing all kinds of metal plates ( rigidity 450MPa), after changing the material of blades, it can shear the metal plate with higher rigidity.
Functions and Features
(1) Frame: the frame is welded with steel plate, it has great rigidity and stability. The frame is made up of right and left uprights, work table, oil tank and so on. These are the major parts of the machine.
(2) Upper blade: it is the triangle framework with guide way, blades, back gauge and so on. Shearing is achieved through the repeated movement driven by the oil cylinders.
(3) Oil cylinders: it is made up of two piston oil cylinders and sealing elements, it drives the upper blade framework directly.
(4) Hydraulic elements: it is made up of major motor, oil pump, oil tank, pipes and so on. It is the driving elements of the machine.
(5) Swaging elements: it is fixed in the front of the framework. With the pressure of the oil cylinders, the swaging parts presses. After the shearing is finished, it will reset as a result of the pulling of spring.
(6) Adjustment on the clearance of the blades: this part contains hand-wheel, screw mandrel, dial and so on. Adjust the clearance according to the plate thickness. The clearance is 5-8% times of the plate thickness.
(7) Electrical system: it is made up of the electric box of left upright and button box. It is for operating and shearing.
