Description:
They arte two coordinate numerical control lathes controlled by half open loop .they can turn all sort of parts with inner circle, excircle, den surfaces. Conical surfaces and any quadratic curve cylinders automaticly .they can be used to drill ,ream and bore hole and so on .
Applications:
The application of this kind of lathe is used for precision finishing of parts.
Functions and Features
1)High accuracy; the minimum set unit is 0.001 mm, the repeatability accuracy of X-axis is 0.012 mm, Z-axis 0.016 mm. The spindle
bearing is the high speed precision bearing which is NSK, imported from Japan. With high accuracy, low noise and long service life.
The driving of the spindle adopts direct-current resistance braking, and the braking is sensitive.
2) It can automatically turn various kinds of revolving surfaces, such as cylindrical surface, circular conical surface, special shaped
surfaces and so on. It also can do grooving, threading, boring and reaming, with high efficiency and great applicability.
3) After precision grinding, the ultrasonic frequency quenched guideway is characterized by high strength and good rigidity. The
machine head, guideway, bed saddle and carriage are thickened and the strength is increased, and is suitable for work piece,sprocess
of all kinds of sizes.
4) The bed saddle, , moving facilely, adopting plastic paste process, with which it can reduce the abrasion of guideway and avoid the
stick-slip phenomenon with high precision and , long service life. The ball screw is the , entire inner recycle ball scre, w, matched and preloaded a, ngular contact ball bearing support.
Adopting centralized lubrication, the guideway and screw rod can move flexibly and reduce the heat and thermal deformation, and
the precision is steady.
5) Electric tool post, containing vertical four-station, horizontal six-station, and horizontal eight-station, is positioned by precision
gear plate and with high repeatability accuracy. It adopts fixed electronic pulse hand wheel and tool-setting is precise and
convenient.
6) With quick eccentric clamping devices, the tail stock has high efficiency. In the tail stock sleeve, there are devices that prevent the
drill revolving, which can avoid damaging the tail stock sleeve bore taper on account of drill revolving which is lead by
mal-operation, so to effectively protect parts of the tail stock.
7) The CNC system adopts domestic famous brand products, AC servo motor, and the customers can select other systems in
accordance with their own request, such as: Siemens 802C,Siemens 802DSL, FANUC 0i-mate-TD,Guangzhou NC GSK980TDb servo
and so on.
The above systems are easy to operate, with great function and stable performance. It is especially suitable for processing complex
parts or relevant high precision quantities of parts.
8) According to their products’ features, customers can select the center rest, hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tail stock, rotary hydraulic
